All orders received
by 4 pm which are for single colour chains either 6mm or 8mm, or for Red
/White or Black / Yellow 8mm Chains will be dispatched the same day on
a 48 hour carrier with no carriage charge applicable. For upgrade
to 24 hour (next day service, where it is geographically available) there
is a supplementary charge of £ 2.50 per order. For other chains
such as those requiring making to order due to colour or other special
requirement an estimated delivery date will be given at the time of ordering.
For special delivery requirements such as pre 9.oo am or pre 12.oo am next
day, prices are available on request. There is a postage and packing
charge of £ 2.50 for accessories where they are purchased without
chain. i.e diamonds or joining links or screw eyes bought alone.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders
placed by our customers over the telephone as this web-site is the only
information platform offered by our company in respect of the products it
offers for sale. We feel therefore that it is fair to expect any customer
ordering our products to have visited this web site prior to placing any
order with us. It is accepted therefore that when placing an order
for our products that our customer has had an opportunity to consider these
conditions, and that they will hence force apply to all purchases by our
customers and be fully accepted by our customers when placing an order.
The contract between ourselves and our customer will be deemed as concluded
at the time the order is accepted by us and payment is received from the
customer in full.
All orders will be dispatched in line with our Delivery Policy as detailed
above. We will not accept liability for claims in respect of late
delivery of goods which exceed the cost of delivery charged. Where
a supplementary charge was made for an enhanced delivery service, this charge
will be fully refundable to the customer in the event of such service not
having been received.
Once goods have been delivered to a customer and the customer wishes
to return such goods, notification must be received by us in writing or
E'mail, and within 7 days of receipt of the goods. This notification should
clearly state the reason the customer wishes to return the items to us.
If the goods are being returned due to the customer changing their
mind about the purchase, and the goods are undamaged, the cost of returning
the goods to us is the liability of the customer. The customer is duty
bound to ensure that the goods are suitably cared for, properly packaged,
and arrive with us in an undamaged condition. Should a customer request
us to collect the goods from them, we can make such an arrangement and deduct
the cost of collection from any refund due. Where items are returned and
are found to have been damaged through lack of care and attention we will
have the right to claim against the customer for rectification of the damage
or replacement cost of the goods. Items returned to us which qualify
for refund (see final term and condition regarding chain) will be subject
to a checking and repackaging charge of 25% of the original sale value, and
a further deduction from any refund will be made to cover the cost of our
delivery to the customer in the first instance.
Where goods are returned by a customer due to having been received in
a damaged condition, the cost of return of the goods will be born by ourselves.
In such circumstances we will require photographic evidence of the
damage from the customer prior to the goods being returned and we will then
arrange for collection of these goods from the customer.
It should be noted that the industry standard for Plastic Chains is
25 meter lengths. Where a customer has purchased less than 25 meters
of Plastic Chain, the chain will be deemed to have been cut to the specific
requirement of the customer and as such will not qualify for return credit
in any form unless proven to have been supplied in a faulty state.
